Receive visitors, identify them, verify their intentions, and provide information and/or direct them to the appropriate person or department; Answer and transfer telephone calls, take messages, provide information, and record visits and incoming calls; Receive and schedule visits for senior management; Register, control, evaluate, and distribute received documents and correspondence, adhering to predefined standards, collecting signatures as required and per standard procedures; Schedule meetings for all departments and support room organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma required.
