These stages include: Welcome presentation and introduction to the weight-loss market Initial standardized training and guidance on technical protocols, training on products used in the customer experience, and strategic direction for customer interactions Hands-on learning and practical skill enhancement directly at the unit Periodic in-person updates, trainings, and refresher sessions.
