Teamwork and conflict management **Position: Post-Consultation Reception** **Location:** Cascavel/PR **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1.583,00; * Meal Allowance: R$ 735,00; * Transportation Allowance; * Daily and weekly bonuses based on cash amount and customer payment method; * Monthly bonus starting from pre-established targets aligned with individual production/cash goals. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service; * Closing proposals for exams and/or procedures generated internally at the clinic or requested externally; * In-person and online customer service (WhatsApp and telephone); * Managing unconfirmed proposals via follow-up; * Clarifying patient questions regarding exams and providing instructions for their completion; * Directly clarifying questions with unit professionals when necessary. **✅ Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Effective verbal and written communication with patients; * Proactivity; * Ability to listen and clearly express ideas; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Professional and constructive conflict management.
