Focus on patient safety and company values **Description** * Work in accordance with Pronutrir's values: Continuous Improvement, Safety, and Cordiality; * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers, and employees; * Empathy; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ethics; * Team spirit; * Emotional balance; * Customer-focused attention; * Proficiency in Tasy within assigned functional areas; * User-level skill in Tasy for reception and authorization profiles. * Organization: ability to execute tasks efficiently to optimize time according to plan, track pending items, and provide feedback on task completion to the requester; * Initiative: respond proactively to unexpected situations using sound judgment, problem-solving capability, or seeking appropriate assistance; * Reliability: work transparently. **Responsibilities** * Understand and adhere to the company's mission and values; * Actively contribute to international patient safety goals as defined by WHO; * Report situations compromising patient safety; * Provide telephone/messaging support on behalf of clinics: Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments; Forward calls to other departments; Clarify inquiries and resolve issues; Monitor daily call outcomes and follow up on abandoned calls. * Manage walk-in appointments, request prescriptions, medical certificates, and other related requests; * Provide daily feedback to patients with specific requests for a professional; * Address diverse customer and physician requests across various digital channels; * Perform other duties relevant to the position that support fulfillment of the company's Mission.
