Job Summary: The professional will welcome customers, operate cash register equipment, safely maneuver vehicles, and organize vehicle storage in the parking facility. Key Highlights: 1. Communication and attentiveness in daily operations **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; * Identify whether customers are authorized users (identification displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly subscribers, or residents; * Verify cash drawer balance at the start of each shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking facilities (issuing entry and exit tickets for vehicles); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to designated locations (in accordance with the parking facility’s established standards); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Maintain constant attentiveness; * Promptly report to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation reports. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B or D (permanent); * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
