Check product expiry dates. Sanitize food items. Organize inventory. Assist the cook at the beginning of food preparation. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. Record daily temperature information for equipment (refrigerator, freezer, and thermal counter) on the designated log sheet. Report any incidents occurring in the kitchen to the cook. Assist in completing forms related to Ordinance No. 2619/11\. Assist the educational supervisor in culinary activities when necessary. Receive goods in the cook's absence.
