Monitoring Operator - Control Desk

We are Blocker Vigilância — we provide security, surveillance, facilities, and armed escort services. We are expanding and seeking outstanding professionals to join our Operational team to perform the following duties: Provide direct receptionist support to our Armed Escort clients via the following communication channels: \- WhatsApp / Phone calls / e\-mail regarding missions (time \+ origin \+ destination). \- Assign missions to field teams, optimizing routes where possible based on geolocation of areas. \- Provide real\-time operational status updates to our clients. \- Record all operation\-related information in Excel spreadsheets for billing purposes. \- Perform systematic data entry into platforms provided by our clients. \- Mirror vehicle tracking data as required by Risk Management Companies. \- Manage control desk operations, including post checks, equipment release and distribution, CCTV camera monitoring, etc. \- Shift schedule: 12x36 \- salary of R$3155.00 (minimum wage \+ hazard pay); transportation allowance (VT) or fuel voucher; family health insurance; life insurance; meal allowance (VR) of R$42.00 per shift; parking. \- Work location: Vila Jaguara \- West Zone \- Immediate start.
