




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for accompanying guests, assisting with luggage, organizing the baggage room, and ensuring cleanliness and order in the lobby. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction with guests and customers 2. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the environment 3. Supporting various operational areas of the establishment * Accompany guests to their rooms and inform them about room amenities * Escort guests to the elevator * Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out * Review daily Event Service Orders (OS) * Ensure the lobby and external area (main entrance) are clean and organized * Ensure all loanable items and amenities are restocked * Store sealed and labeled luggage in the baggage room and issue a ticket receipt to the guest * Read and keep the front desk and baggage room log books updated * Maintain an organized and clean baggage room, ensuring all items belonging to guests, residents, and customers are labeled and sealed * Deliver packages and correspondence to guests, residents, and departments * Greet guests, residents, and customers courteously and direct them to areas of interest * Forward guest and resident requests to the responsible department * Occasionally support other operational areas of the establishment Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.518,00 - R$2.200,46 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in hospitality? * Are you available to work flexible hours? * Are you willing to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule?
