Job Opening: Marketing Assistant Employment Type: Full-time CLT Work Location: On-site Job Description: We are seeking an organized, communicative, and creative professional to support the clinic's marketing initiatives, contributing to the brand's digital presence while also assisting with front-desk operations and patient care. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Communication \* Creation of social media content (posts, stories, and reels). \* Basic knowledge of photography and image/video editing. \* Management of social media accounts and engagement with followers. \* Creative writing and persuasive communication for promoting the clinic and its treatments. \* Support in organizing promotional campaigns and internal activities. \* Basic knowledge of paid traffic and online campaigns (preferred). \* Monitoring of metrics and preparation of simple performance reports. Reception and Patient Care \* Assistance with in-person and online patient appointments. \* Support in appointment confirmations and scheduling management. \* Assistance with front-desk operations, patient welcoming, and directing patients. \* Organization of information, documentation, and administrative tasks related to patient care. Desired Profile: \* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. \* Organizational ability and proactivity. \* Proficiency with social media platforms and digital tools. \* Aptitude for customer service and teamwork. \* Prior experience in the dental field is a plus.
