Then take a look at the requirements for the position: **Responsibilities:** * Lead the store team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment; * Monitor and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets; * Monitor store performance by analyzing performance indicators and proposing improvements; * Conduct store opening and closing procedures, ensuring organization and service standards; * Control inventory, and incoming and outgoing equipment, materials, and supplies; * Support hiring, onboarding, and team development; * Ensure compliance with equipment rental, maintenance, and logistics processes; * Serve customers by answering questions and ensuring a positive experience. **Requirements:** * Class B driver's license (EAR); * Experience in team management; * Ability to manage operational processes; * Knowledge of recruitment/hiring processes; * Ability to lead and motivate teams toward goal achievement; * Strong communication skills with sales and customer service experience; * Availability for regional travel; * Good time management and organizational skills.
