One day off per week. **Requirements:** Previous experience required. **Responsibilities:** The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for supporting the team in meal preparation and organization, ensuring food quality and hygiene. Main responsibilities include: * Assisting in ingredient preparation, such as chopping, measuring, and weighing food items. * Organizing and cleaning work areas and utensils. * Assisting in plating and portioning dishes. * Performing cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment. * Storing food according to food safety regulations. * Assisting in receiving and storing goods. * Following instructions from the head chef and other supervisors. * Participating in kitchen sanitation and organization routines. * Collaborating in developing new dishes when requested. * Contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
