




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for cleaning, organizing, inventory control, food preparation, and dish assembly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and with sanitized utensils 2. Production and preparation of meats, fish, poultry, and other foods 3. Assembly of salads, dishes, portions, and breakfast Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and with sanitized utensils; Manage inventory, freezers, refrigerators, and countertops, ensuring proper organization and labeling of products; Production and preparation of meats, fish, poultry, and other foods; Assembly of salads, dishes, portions, and breakfast according to the menu; Monitor expiration dates and quality of kitchen items; Perform other duties relevant to the position.
