Job Summary: Opportunity to provide comprehensive customer service, prospecting, and negotiation, as well as support external sales and monitor orders. Key Highlights: 1. Contract Type: Temporary – 3 months, with strong potential for permanent hiring. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.000,25 Bonus: R$1\.500,00 On-site meals (breakfast and lunch) Transportation Allowance \\ Shared shuttle service covering Campinas, Jundiaí, Hortolândia, Louveira, and other regions) Main Responsibilities: * Active and inbound calls; * Registrations, quotations, and negotiations; * Customer prospecting; * Support for external sales representatives (e\-mail, WhatsApp, and phone); * End-to-end order follow-up (financial, logistics, tax, etc.); * Comprehensive customer service. Requirements: At least 18 years of age; Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; Brief experience in sales or customer service.
