Agile resolution of problems and complaints Job Profile: Junior Front Desk Agent Job Title: Junior Front Desk Agent Main Responsibilities:* Serve customers courteously and efficiently, providing information about the establishment's services and facilities. * Perform guest check-in and check-out, registering and tracking arrivals and departures. * Receive and process payments, issue receipts, and keep related documentation up to date. * Resolve guest problems and complaints promptly and amicably. * Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area. * Support the team in other hospitality-related activities as needed. Required Qualifications:* Completed high school education. * Prior customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Computer literacy (Office suite, hotel management systems). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity, empathy, and problem-solving ability. * Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English or Spanish). Preferred Qualifications:* Familiarity with hotel management systems. * Courses or certifications in hospitality and/or customer service. * Experience in hotels or accommodation services.
