About the company: A wholesale optical goods trading company located in the Pinheiros region of São Paulo \- SP. **Employment Type:** CLT **Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00 (Gross monthly) \+ 2% Commission \+ Bonus for target achievement. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher of R$20 per day; Well-equipped cafeteria with facilities for meal storage and heating; Opportunity for development and growth in the commercial area. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Work Location:** Pinheiros region, São Paulo/SP – near Fradique Coutinho Metro Station. **Responsibilities:** Conduct proactive and reactive sales via telephone and internet to new and recurring customers; Develop and maintain customer relationships by monitoring their needs and requirements; Negotiate payment terms, deadlines, and other details to close sales; Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and manage contact information and interaction history; Achieve company-established sales targets and objectives; Participate in training sessions on product and service features offered by the company. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Proficiency with Office suite tools and CRM systems; Prior experience in internal sales, telesales, or customer service. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
