The professional will be responsible for ensuring friendly, agile, and efficient guest service, delivering a welcoming experience from check\-in to check\-out. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform guest check\-in and check\-out; * Handle reservations and provide information regarding rates, availability, and services; * Answer telephone calls and respond to e\-mails; * Provide tourist information and general guidance; * Assist in organizing the front desk and common areas; * Enter data into the hotel management system; * Address requests and incidents with attention and professionalism. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge; * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays); * Proactivity, organization, and courtesy. **Preferred Qualifications:** * English or other foreign language proficiency.
