The Receptionist will assist with front desk operations and guest support services; handle telephone inquiries; greet guests or visitors; assess their needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person; schedule services; observe internal security protocols—including verifying identification documents and guest credibility—and notify security personnel regarding unfamiliar individuals. They will organize information and plan daily work activities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform office-related tasks * Receive and distribute mail, documents, and packages * Assist with front desk operations and guest support services * Greet guests or visitors; assess their needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person **Requirements:** * Proven receptionist experience, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end establishments. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
