Job Summary:
Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, team leadership, and financial and operational management.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Hospitality or business administration courses preferred;
* People management and team leadership experience.
* Financial and operational controls.
* Hotel property management systems (PMS).
* Languages: Intermediate/advanced English or Spanish preferred.
* Customer service experience.
* Must reside in Fortaleza or the Metropolitan Region
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily operational activities of the hotel.
* Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and suggestions.
* Coordinate and lead the team (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, etc.), fostering an efficient and harmonious work environment.
* Perform financial control: revenue, costs, budgets, and expense tracking.
* Manage reservations, rates, and availability across online platforms and internal systems.
* Monitor and maintain hotel facilities and equipment.
* Train and evaluate employee performance.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and applicable legal regulations.
* Represent the hotel at local marketing events and initiatives.
* Oversee breakfast and food service operations.
* Record incoming merchandise invoices.
* Process payments when required.
