Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible doorman to ensure security, monitoring, access control, reception, and customer service at a bank branch. Key Highlights: 1. Reception, customer service, and conflict mediation We are looking for a responsible and dedicated doorman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring security and access control to company premises, as well as safeguarding assets and customers' well-being. **Working hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM with a 1-hour break; **Responsibilities:** * We are seeking a DOORMAN responsible for monitoring the bank branch facilities. The professional will perform reception, customer service and guidance, and provide support to bank staff in specific situations. * Supervise branch opening and closing * Control entry and exit of personnel * Notify branch staff if an ATM is found non-operational or if any foreign object is installed on the equipment * Reception and customer service * Support activities * Queue organization * Conflict mediation * Emergency support **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a doorman or in related fields is desirable; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. * Dynamic and communicative profile; experience in public-facing roles; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting from R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
