**Customer Service and Sales Assistant — Dr. Jaiana Maués Clinic** Dr. Jaiana Maués Clinic specializes in injectable procedures and aesthetic treatments focused on self-esteem and confidence. We are in a phase of structured growth, with a defined commercial playbook, CRM implementation underway, and processes being consolidated. We seek someone who joins now and grows alongside our operations. **Your responsibilities** Your primary mission is to connect women with treatments that transform their self-esteem, delivering warmth, agility, and methodology. Specifically: commercial outreach via WhatsApp, proactive lead follow-up, managing the specialist’s schedule, and in-person reception of patients. This is not a passive role. You will handle high volume, address objections, and maintain a warm tone even on the busiest days. **Non-negotiable requirements** Flawless written communication, organizational skills to keep follow-ups on track without reminders, and ease with digital tools. Completed high school education. **Preferred qualifications** Prior experience in aesthetic clinics or consultative sales; ongoing undergraduate studies in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Health. **Employment terms** CLT \| Hybrid \| Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM–1 PM \| Fixed salary \+ variable bonus \| Transportation allowance \+ Meal allowance Compensation: R$2\.431,00 \- R$4\.052,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance Work location: Hybrid remote work based in Fortaleza, CE
