Job Summary: A customer service professional responsible for registrations, system monitoring, and in-person and remote support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and technology experience 2. In-person and WhatsApp/phone support **RESPONSIBILITIES:** YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE: Registering residents; Opening and tracking service order (OS) requests; Monitoring and supporting system-related activities; Providing in-person customer service and reception at the company; Providing WhatsApp support; Providing phone support; Managing and organizing delivery schedules (technical team logistics); Providing remote gatehouse support in specific cases. **REQUIREMENTS:** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Completed high school education; Experience in customer service (via phone) and in-person; Availability to work 44 hours per week from Monday to Friday; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Technological aptitude or interest in working with technology. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Location: Bosque da Saúde, Cuiabá. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
