Job Summary:
Control the receipt and delivery of documents, organize files and schedules to streamline operations and provide administrative support within a philanthropic institution.
Key Highlights:
1. Receive and distribute correspondence, materials, and documents.
2. Assist with office services and provide administrative support.
3. Organize internal documents and inactive files.
Control the receipt and delivery of internal and external documents according to established protocols and general guidelines, ensuring proper routing to designated departments and expediting workflow at the branch; notify departments by telephone upon arrival of external visitors; file documents and organize inactive files, as well as manage the Amphitheater’s schedule.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive and distribute correspondence, materials, and documents, collecting signatures on logs to confirm delivery;
* Receive and relay messages, recording received information to enable subsequent communication with interested parties;
* Assist with basic office tasks, including sorting documents, making document copies, and performing other administrative support duties;
* Enter data or conduct queries using computer terminals;
* Accompany low-risk ambulatory patients to the department where the specialist physician will assess them;
* Notify departments by telephone upon arrival of external visitors;
* File internal documents according to established procedures and organize inactive files;
* Perform other related tasks consistent with the responsibilities inherent to your work unit.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Computer literacy.
**Additional Information**
* Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
