Job Summary:
Operational professional responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, appointment scheduling for consultations and examinations, and patient registration.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break; Saturday shift on rotation basis
**Level:** Operational

**Requirements:**
Minimum 6 months of experience as a receptionist (healthcare reception experience is a plus)
Empathy, resilience, strong verbal and written communication skills,
Knowledge of issuing health insurance authorization forms,
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency,
Minimum completed high school education
