Job Summary: We are seeking a General Helper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing cleaning and organization of all facilities and common areas. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your mission? To maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for individuals visiting the space. Responsibilities: Carry out activities in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, environmental protection, and personnel protection standards, ensuring proper disposal of discarded materials; Perform cleaning and organization of facilities, including activity rooms, restrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and outdoor areas; Maintain organization of common areas, such as the cafeteria and reception; Perform floor washing, window cleaning, furniture cleaning, and cleaning of other surfaces; Follow cleaning protocols and hygiene material control procedures, including disinfectants and cleaning products. Requirements: Completed elementary education; Previous experience in this role (preferably in other customer-facing services); Commitment to service quality and the well-being of all individuals. Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail; Responsibility and punctuality.
