Building Maintenance Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a professional to perform **preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's properties**. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** · **Building Maintenance and Repairs:** Perform simple electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs and outlets), plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks and faucets), and minor repairs to walls, floors, and painting. · **Materials and Tools:** Estimate costs, receive, organize, and maintain tools and materials up to date and orderly. · **Routine Inspections:** Check cleanliness, lighting, ventilation, and safety installations to ensure they are in good condition. · **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain the conservation, organization, and cleanliness of work tools and the maintenance area. · **Service Request Handling:** Analyze complaints and perform maintenance or schedule, monitor, and assist specialized technicians and external companies when necessary. · **Conduct and monitor** third-party inspections of vacant properties, ensuring they remain clean and well-maintained. · **Record Keeping:** Log all maintenance activities using the systems/programs adopted by the company for tracking and historical recordkeeping. · **Safety:** Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with safety and hygiene regulations; ensure outsourced companies also comply with these regulations. The company's properties include residential units (apartments) and commercial spaces (warehouses, stores, offices), and the operational area covers Greater Florianópolis (Island and Palhoça). The company headquarters and office are located on Rodovia José Carlos Daux (SC 401\).
