\-Employment type: CLT, 44 hours/week. \-Work schedule: 3 weeks on a 6x1 rotation (day off on Monday); 1 week on a 4x3 rotation (days off: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday). \-Working hours: Tuesday to Friday 5:00 PM\-1:00 AM; Saturday 4:00 PM\-1:00 AM; Sunday 4:00 PM\-11:00 PM. \-Break: 30 minutes; \-Salary: R$ 1\.929,00 \+ night shift allowance; \-Transportation voucher (VT) deposited into bank account (even if public transportation is not used); \-Meal voucher (VR) deposited into bank account: R$ 35,71 per worked day, with no deductions; \-Uniform allowance: R$ 87/month; \-Food allowance: R$ 110.00/month; \-Collective holidays of 10 days at year-end; \-Only the Monday following Carnival is a regular workday, with compensatory days off on Wednesday and Thursday of the same week; \-If holidays do not fall on a Monday, the bar operates normally with an additional payment of 100% for the worked holiday; \-Important: No tips are collected (we do not charge service fees from customers since we do not offer table service). \-Discount on all company products (Vizin, Galpãozin, and Morgane Boulangerie) Job description: Customer service, pre-preparation of beverages, preparation of beverages and cocktails according to technical specifications, draft beer service, maintaining workplace cleanliness (dishes, countertops), setting up and dismantling the dining area, keeping the dining area organized during operations, organizing bar inventory, inventory counting, end-of-shift cleaning and organization.
