




ü Prepare doughs for confections (sweets, cakes, puddings, pies, cookies, etc.) by weighing, measuring, and adding ingredients into containers for manual processing or into mixing cylinders ("masseira") for mechanical processing, following the required techniques and within the quality and hygiene standards specified, monitoring dough homogenization, collecting samples to evaluate consistency, and concluding the stage. ü Remove mixtures and pour them into trays and molds for baking or refrigeration, prepare fillings, toppings, and syrups for finishing sweets (decorating), ensure excellence in presentation, package and price when necessary, and deliver for sale at the counter, ensuring proper placement for easy visibility and customer access. ü Use appropriate utensils (spatulas, knives, scrapers, etc.) and equipment while performing tasks, maintaining organization and ensuring their proper condition; ü Follow specific procedures learned during training regarding usage methods and work practices, as well as safety equipment protocols to protect against workplace risks and accidents, along with personal cleanliness; wear uniform and PPE correctly, take good care of them, avoid wearing jewelry, keep nails short and unpainted, shave daily, and refrain from using strong deodorants or perfumes. ü Maintain order and cleanliness of the workspace and tools by removing garbage and residues, sanitizing floors, surfaces, and used utensils, etc. ü Keep products organized in storage upon arrival at the company for restocking, placing items in designated locations, paying attention to expiration dates, and prioritizing the use of goods closer to expiration.
