




Job Summary: Customer service professional for telephone and in-person support, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and reception organization. Key Highlights: 1. Organizing the reception area and waiting room Provide active and responsive telephone support; Schedule consultations and evaluations; Register patients in the system; Answer and screen incoming phone calls; Manage professionals' appointment schedules; Maintain organization of the reception area and waiting room; Provide general public service; Familiarity with appointment scheduling and customer service systems, strong communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
