We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive individual to work as a Commercial Attendant and Receptionist. The professional will be responsible for customer service and sales via WhatsApp, using tools such as CRM and online scheduling systems, as well as delivering outstanding in-person service with warmth and hospitality. We seek someone with a commercial profile, strong interpersonal skills with customers, good writing ability, responsiveness in service delivery, and the ability to conduct negotiations and payment collections in a courteous and professional manner. On a daily basis, this person will also be responsible for receiving clients, organizing the environment, supporting the service experience—including serving coffee—and maintaining a clean, pleasant, and organized space.
