The professional will be responsible for adopting a consultative approach in selling payroll-deductible loans, ensuring high-quality service and attainment of established targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Proactive and responsive customer service * Conducting loan simulations and presenting proposals * Negotiating and closing contracts **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong communication and organizational skills * Commercial mindset with results orientation * Prior sales experience is a plus **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM 30-minute break **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ performance bonuses * Continuous training and support * Collaborative work environment Employment Type: Part-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$1\.138,50 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
