For: Shopping Center Norte and Shopping Outlet Só Marcas in Guarulhos Requirements: * Strong verbal communication skills and friendliness in customer service; * Organizational skills and agility to handle multiple tasks; * Basic knowledge of customer service; * Willingness to collaborate across different store areas (sales, inventory, visual merchandising, cleaning); * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Basic knowledge of store organization (folding, standardization, restocking); * Interest in fashion, retail, and trends (a plus). Responsibilities: * Support customer service, product restocking, and store organization; * Receive, process exchanges, and package products; * Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards; * Support the sales team during peak hours; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
