Control of parts and tools inflow and outflow Organize and manage the inventory of parts and accessories, and provide excellent and friendly service to mechanics. Bodywork Quotations Counter External Quotations Parts Loading into NBS System \> Completed high school education; \> Technical course is a plus; \> Availability to work 100% on-site; \> Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; \> Residency in Campinas or nearby region (preferred); \> Receiving, inspecting, and verifying parts; \> Providing parts kits to the mechanics team according to each service’s requirements; \> Ensuring organization of the parts inventory; \> Ensuring proper inflow and outflow of parts and tools; \> Supporting inventory control of parts; \> Maintaining cleanliness and preservation of stored parts; \> Registering parts invoices;
