




Job Summary: A professional to promote customer, supplier, and employee service; manage contracts and onboarding; and supervise receptionists. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote customer, supplier, and employee service 2. Receive clients for experimental afternoon sessions and monitor their participation 3. Supervise receptionists in registering new clients in the system * Promote customer, supplier, and employee service for the Altevita Group by always communicating appropriately (e.g., welcoming visitors on premises, resolving complaints, finding solutions to problems, providing information, etc.); * Receive clients for experimental afternoon sessions and monitor their participation during their time at the institution, then provide feedback to family members regarding the elderly client's participation. Additionally, monitor the family and provide feedback to the sales representative regarding the experimental afternoon session; * Prepare contracts and collect signatures from responsible parties; * Conduct onboarding for day-center clients and residents; * Guide and supervise receptionists regarding registration of new clients in the work system; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.341,64 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
