Our job openings are also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior hashtag\#vacancies hashtag\#hiring hashtag\#opportunities hashtag\#technology hashtag\#healthcare hashtag\#hiring **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and duties** Develop architectural design deliverables for MedSênior units’ basic projects, including: architectural floor plans, ceiling layout plans, floor layout plans, sections, elevations, details (countertops and fenestration), descriptive specifications, demolition\/construction plans, and wall reinforcement plans; Develop interior ambiance design for reception areas, social areas, and specific service rooms; Develop carpentry design for units; Develop 3D perspectives of unit façades; Develop 3D perspectives of interior spaces; Develop preliminary architectural studies; Coordinate and integrate installation projects; **Requirements and qualifications** Planning and execution of architectural projects; Project management; Knowledge of materials and technologies; Knowledge of legislation and technical standards; Organization; Creativity; Project integration; Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; Desirable 2–5 years of experience in healthcare-related architectural projects; Desirable English language proficiency; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. **Additional information** Benefits: Meal allowance, Health and Dental Plans, Gympass, Birthday leave, Psychological support, and Transportation allowance.
