**About the position:** We are looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant with a proactive and organized profile to support various administrative routines of the company. This position is ideal for someone ready to handle diverse and dynamic tasks that change according to the office’s daily needs. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare insurance quotations across different insurance companies; * Use insurance company portals and multi-calculation systems to obtain premium values; * Analyze customer profiles and risk information to prepare quotations; * Compare proposals among insurers (premiums, coverage, deductibles, and terms); * Prepare and organize comparative proposal tables; * Compile and forward budgets to the sales department; * Perform adjustments and re-quotations as requested; * Monitor quotation validity deadlines; * Maintain records and organization of proposals in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Support the sales department during negotiation processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education preferred); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in typing and operating computer systems (Windows, Office, and Internet); * Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Agile, responsible, organized, and committed attitude. **Preferred qualification:** * Prior experience in an insurance brokerage. **Base salary: R$ 1\.754,85** **Transportation allowance** **Meal or food allowance: R$ 29,85 per business day** **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Dental plan **Please send your resume as an attachment to:** **adm.02@patrimonios.com.br** * **Email subject: Administrative Assistant** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.754,85 per month Screening question(s): * Do you live near the city center? * We need to fill this position urgently.
