Ensure organization and a positive experience for employees and visitors We are looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to strategically support office routines, ensuring organization, excellent service, and proper care of the company's physical infrastructure and assets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle front desk duties, providing in-person, telephone, and visitor support; * Manage and organize mail, documents, and deliveries; * Support office maintenance by coordinating with suppliers and service providers; * Maintain asset records, including office equipment, furniture, and supplies; * Support general administrative routines to ensure smooth workplace operations; * Ensure organization, preservation, and a positive experience for employees and visitors. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); * Prior experience in administrative routines and/or front desk roles; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility; * Proactive, courteous, and detail-oriented personality; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email).
