Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative professional to manage sponsored and affiliate programs, commercial support, and inventory/fulfillment routines. Key Highlights: 1. Support for Conventions and Operational Routines **About the Role** We are looking for an organized, communicative individual with a strong sense of responsibility to oversee the operational management of our Sponsored (ProTeam) and Affiliate Programs, as well as provide commercial support (wholesale and retail), convention support, and inventory and fulfillment routines. This role will be responsible for essential processes related to relationships with artists, influencers, customers, and brand partners. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Sponsored Program Management – ProTeam** * Direct relationship management with sponsored artists. * Alignment and guidance on content guidelines (artwork, packaging, apparel, etc.). * Full management of quarterly shipment lists and updates in official spreadsheets. * Routing of additional orders to the sales team with application of the ProTeam discount. * Drafting, tracking, signing, and archiving of contracts. * Social media monitoring: tagging Arkham, mentions, published content, and competitors. * Sales tracking and monitoring for the ProTeam. * Commission management and verification of submitted records. **2\. Affiliate Program Management** * Contract drafting and management (validity, signing, archiving). * Sales tracking via coupon codes and commission calculation. * Monitoring of affiliates’ social media accounts. * Screening of new candidates recommended by the ProTeam and forwarding them to the evaluation staff. **3\. Conventions (up to 2x/year)** * Full logistical organization: artist data, materials, communications, and schedules. * Creation of promotional items, kits, and branding elements. * **On-site event participation (additional bonus):** booth support, sales assistance, and public engagement. **4\. Commercial Support – WhatsApp** **Arkham (Wholesale):** * Support for national B2B wholesale clients. * Clarification of inquiries, tracking support, and provision of product information. * Freight quotation and order entry into the system. * Client prospecting and reactivation. **Asgard (Retail):** * Comprehensive and human-centered support (pre-, during, and post-sale). * Order entry, delivery tracking, and resolution of customer requests. * Customer retention and proactive client communication. **5\. Inventory and Organization** * Goods receipt and verification. * Warehouse and office organization. * Periodic stock counts and inventory maintenance. **6\. Order Picking and Fulfillment** * Picking orders for retail, wholesale, and quarterly shipments. * Verification and preparation for shipping with strict attention to detail. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in customer service, operations, marketing, or related fields. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet software. * Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce. * Proactivity and accountability. * Preferred qualifications: prior experience working with influencers, affiliates, commercial support, or retail/wholesale operations. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to attend renowned conventions and events. * Dynamic and creative work environment. * Internal growth opportunities.
