Serve users by providing and receiving information, both in person and via telephone or e\-mail. Handle various documents, complying with all necessary procedures for registration, filing, and control. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for activity monitoring. Perform general office tasks, such as file organization, supply inventory control, and scheduling.
