Access Controller

Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for access control, environment organization, patient guidance, and assistance in administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Material and incident control and recording 2. Environment organization and patient guidance 3. Support in operational and administrative routines **Responsibilities:** Record materials used and document any incidents; Turn off lights and turn on TVs; Identify companions with wristbands; Sort follow-up appointments, issue appointment tickets, and guide patients to the correct service location; Request the surgical schedule and the list of doctors scheduled for the day; Organize and maintain a clean workplace; Arrange chairs and position separation tapes at entrances and exits; Guide patients regarding service locations (reception, building floors, examination department); Request patients to complete the satisfaction survey; Occasionally verify sectoral alarm triggers and report findings to the manager; Substitute colleagues at other posts when required; Occasionally participate in service projects/task forces; Use HT radio during shifts and check battery levels; Participate in various training sessions as directed.
