Team development and training **OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN I – MACEIÓ / CLT** **Job Description:** Lead field and infrastructure service order fulfillment activities Control and plan technical team activities, including defining service routes Control and plan infrastructure activities Provide resources, supplies, PPEs, collective protective equipment, spare parts, tools, and all other necessary provisions for field teams Prepare, organize, and manage documents such as responsibility agreements, equipment custody agreements, and others Spare parts and laboratory control Fleet supervision and control (vehicles, fuel, trackers, etc.) Supervision and control of performance target and working hour compliance Develop training programs for teams. **Requirements:** Completed Technical/Vocational Education Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy Technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Additional technical and leadership training courses are desirable Driver’s License Category B Must be registered with the Technical Council (CFT). **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance (R$19.00/day) + Health Insurance (after probation period) *Apply via Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
