Job Summary: Senior C/C++ Developer to create, optimize, and review complex code; resolve issues; document work; manage people/projects; and support the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. Game development and maintenance in C/C++. 2. Autonomous decision-making and management of teams and projects. 3. Technical support and facilitation in problem resolution. SENIOR DEVELOPER \- C and C\+\+ Job Mission: Perform high-complexity tasks (code creation, optimization, and review; issue and bug resolution; documentation) with consistently acceptable quality standards; make decisions independently; manage people and projects; support the team in technical challenges by facilitating problem resolution and assisting in applying best practices, architectures, tools, and workflows. Responsibilities: * Game development and maintenance in C/C\+\+; * Creation and consumption of REST APIs; * Integration across multi-language environments; * Shared C libraries (libmath, libsas); * Maintenance of legacy software: DOS/Proxy/LOC /CLA/Caduca games; * Group Server; * Progressive Server; * Cash System (SAS); * Strong communication and empathy when interacting with all team members and leadership; cooperative attitude and open dialogue aimed at consensus and commitment to conflict resolution; * Commitment to Agile methodology. Requirements: Requirements * Degree or proven experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Game Development, or related fields; * Proven experience in C/C\+\+; * Experience with embedded systems and Linux operating system; * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to quality and delivery deadlines; * Strong communication skills (oral and written); * Technical English; Desirable * Prior experience in game development; * Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, Nexus, and Git; * Familiarity with Godot Engine; * Knowledge of Python.
