We believe in harnessing the potential of waterways to move our wealth and connect South America. **Ready to embark on this journey toward a better future with us?** We are looking for an **Operator I**, whose mission will be to **perform operational activities in a port environment, ensuring efficiency and safety in the handling of vegetable solid bulk cargo (soybeans, corn, soybean meal, and fertilizers).** **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **Operator I**, you will be responsible for: * Assisting in truck queue organization, classification, and weighing in road traffic flow; * Performing operational cleaning in work areas; * Opening and closing barge hatches; * Mooring and unmooring barges; * Conducting route inspections (inland waterway, road, and ship loading); * Opening and closing trailer hatches; * Cleaning trailers after unloading, ensuring removal of residues and materials; * Recording productive operational data, including: * Hours worked; * Quantity of cargo handled; * Other relevant data; * Preparing operational reports, including: * Production information; * Problems or incidents occurred; * Recommendations for improvement; * Participating in and contributing to Hidrovias do Brasil’s Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policy; * Knowing and applying SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you have: * Completed elementary education (mandatory); * Secondary education (desirable); * Experience in port operations; * Knowledge of port security; * Ability to work in a team; * Capacity to perform physical tasks; * Availability to work in shifts; * Knowledge of vegetable solid bulk cargo handling (soybeans, corn, soybean meal, and fertilizers); * Ability to accurately record and report data.
