Job Summary: Professional to perform component separation, verification, finishing, and assembly, including raw material cutting and visual inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of measuring instruments and pneumatic machines - Perform item and component separation - Verify equipment and machinery - Perform finishing, verification, and cleaning of threads to ensure proper assembly - Experience as a bench and saw fitter - Conduct visual inspection of parts and components prior to customer presentation - Perform assembly and leak-tightness testing according to drawings and customer specifications - Carry out packaging and photographic documentation of the entire process - Maintain 5S standards in the area - Operate cutting saws per work instructions - Cut raw materials to specified dimensions - Interpret technical drawings and production orders - Prepare and adjust machinery (setup) - Select appropriate tools (e.g., saw blades) - Identify and separate materials by batch/order - Ensure material traceability - Perform basic dimensional inspection (caliper, tape measure, etc.) - Record production and reporting data in the system - Comply with safety regulations **Requirements:** High school diploma; Vocational training in mechanical fitting; Reading and interpretation of drawings; Measuring instruments; Pneumatic machines; Familiarity with rotary cutting tools; Residence in Valinhos or neighboring cities.
