We are currently seeking an **IT/OT Analyst** to join our IT team. **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Serve as the technical reference for IT/OT at the Terminal, supporting daily port operations. * Support the Head of IT in coordinating between IT, OT, and vendors to ensure integration and availability of port operational systems. * Provide advanced technical support for the Terminal’s critical systems, including: + TOS ( *Terminal Operating System – system managing terminal operations* ); + RFID-enabled Gates; + Road scale (weighbridge) integrations; + Yard management and port automation systems. * Diagnose and resolve complex incidents involving infrastructure, networks, hardware, and operating systems. * Act as escalation point for critical tickets, supporting initial support levels. * Assume ownership of high-impact incident management, ensuring clear communication, SLA compliance, and root cause analysis. * Collaborate with regional teams to prevent recurrence of failures and improve service stability. * Support and maintain the Terminal’s technology infrastructure, including networks, industrial Wi\-Fi, CCTV, and automation systems. * Ensure high-quality user support, including for sensitive requests. * Manage local IT vendors. * Utilize IT service management (ITSM) tools. * Monitor KPIs, suggest improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with information security policies. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Advanced IT and infrastructure support experience in medium-to-large corporate or operational environments, including critical incident management, vendor relationship management, configuration and maintenance of virtualized environments, and hands-on experience with ITSM (Incident, Request, and Problem Management). * **Language:** Advanced English. * **Lean Mindset:** We seek individuals with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving problems at their root, and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Solving complex problems in critical environments. * Ability to diagnose faults, identify root causes, and restore services under high operational criticality. * Clear and assertive communication, with ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences, even under pressure. * Vendor and SLA management: experience monitoring, holding vendors accountable, and aligning them to ensure service quality, timeliness, and continuity. * Business continuity and security orientation: operational impact awareness, with focus on system stability, information security, and availability.
