Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and curious IT Intern to support the technology team in user support, system maintenance, data organization, and automation projects, contributing to continuous improvements. Close collaboration with business areas We are looking for an IT Intern to join our team and support the company’s technological advancement. We seek a curious, proactive individual eager to learn, who enjoys solving problems and contributing to process and tool/system improvements. This position will support the technology team in activities such as user support, system and equipment maintenance, data organization, and assistance in automation and process improvement projects. Our team works closely with business areas to deliver solutions that enhance operational agility, security, and quality. We are a dynamic company with a collaborative environment focused on innovation and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handling Service Desk tickets (Level 1/2\); * User support (hardware, software, and systems); * Support for infrastructure routines (workstations, access rights, environments); * Basic network support (configuration, connectivity, initial troubleshooting); * Documentation of support activities and assistance in improving IT processes; * Support for system implementation \- from Discovery through Hypercare; * Assist in analyzing and optimizing processes to drive continuous improvement; * Assist in managing IT vendors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, between the 2nd and 3rd year; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, cabling); * Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and the Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of SQL; * Knowledge or experience in hardware support (desktops, laptops, peripherals); * Familiarity with Android and iOS environments; * Basic English proficiency for reading technical documentation; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Basic understanding of Cloud Computing; * Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange; * Experience or familiarity with cloud-based ticket management tools; * Knowledge or experience with Power BI or other dashboard creation tools. * Easy access to Itaim Bibi/Vila Olímpia. **Additional Information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and development of our interns:** * Market-competitive internship stipend * Meal allowance of R$ 1\.114,00 per month * Transportation allowance * Porto Seguro health insurance (coverage for the insured person only) * Life insurance * Wellhub (Gympass) for access to gyms and wellness activities Agribrasil is headquartered in São Paulo, with branches across Brazil and a wholly owned subsidiary based in Switzerland.
