If this resonates with you, read on for more details about this opportunity. **Your mission as an Importer:** * Provide end-to-end support throughout the import process; * Initiate and update import processes in the Conexos ERP system; * Send follow-ups and maintain communication with clients, exporters, suppliers, and internal teams; * Analyze and approve import-related documents in compliance with legal requirements; * Verify correct fiscal classification of goods according to proper NCM code assignment, in coordination with the Customs Clearance team; * Provide cost estimates and manage the financial aspects of import processes (issuance of payment instruments); * Conduct foreign exchange analysis, processing, and settlement jointly with the Finance department; * Monitor and analyze cargo transfers to secondary customs facilities; * Track foreign exchange maturity dates for import processes; * Create, issue, and analyze operational reports; * Monitor customs clearance processes alongside the Customs Clearance team; * Stay updated on customs legislation and regulations; * Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal company departments, providing accurate information on process status; * Daily entry of activity execution data into the Notion app; * Train and supervise interns and/or assistants. **What we expect from you:** * Communicate effectively with people of diverse profiles (internal and external stakeholders); * Be agile, resilient, and meticulous; * Be discreet; * Demonstrate proactivity; * Pay attention to detail and be well-organized; * Commit to deadlines and quality standards; * Possess computer and software proficiency. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Prior experience with the Conexos ERP system; * Intermediate English (reading and writing are essential); * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel is a plus); * A completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, Logistics, Port Management, or Business Administration; * At least two years of professional experience as an analyst in customs clearance and/or customer service; * Knowledge of tax/fiscal regulations—this is a plus. **What will your work schedule be like?** On-site in Itajaí, at our office, Monday through Friday during standard business hours. **Now you might be wondering: Why work at IMPORTE MELHOR?** We are a company with over 12 years of existence and experience, growing rapidly every day—in every dimension.
