Job Summary: Coordinate and monitor import processes, ensuring compliance with customs legislation and interacting with suppliers and international agents. Key Highlights: 1. Support internal departments such as procurement, finance, and inventory **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and monitor import processes from start to finish (from purchase order to final delivery). Communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. Review and analyze import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates, etc.). Track international shipments and logistical deadlines. Perform registration and monitoring in Siscomex. Control import costs (freight, taxes, fees, and port charges). Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory legislation. Update import process reports and KPIs. Support internal departments such as procurement, finance, and inventory. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields. Prior experience with import processes. Knowledge of international documentation and customs procedures. Basic/intermediate knowledge of Siscomex. Intermediate English (reading and writing). Intermediate Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience importing from China Knowledge of fiscal classification (NCM).
