The company operates 12 transshipment terminals, 6 port terminals, and manages approximately 14,000 kilometers of railways across the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Goiás, and Tocantins. Its asset base comprises 1,200 locomotives and 33,000 freight cars. We are seeking a professional to support APIs and the DevOps pipeline **Job Responsibilities:** Support administration of AWS and Azure environments Perform application deployment in cloud environments Monitor resources (compute, storage, network) and respond to incidents Support API management and maintenance (publication, versioning, and monitoring) Oversee integrations between internal and external systems Support configuration of permissions and access (IAM) Create and maintain basic technical documentation Support continuous improvement of the CI/CD pipeline alongside the development team Conduct initial problem analysis and provide technical guidance **Requirements:** Solid experience administering and maintaining production AWS and/or Azure environments Experience with application deployment, cloud resource configuration, and post-deployment troubleshooting Experience monitoring infrastructure (compute, storage, network) and directly handling incidents Strong knowledge of IAM (user management, roles, policies, and access control) Experience managing and maintaining APIs (publication, versioning, monitoring, and performance analysis) Experience integrating internal and external systems (REST, messaging, or similar) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and supporting continuous improvement of the deployment pipeline Ability to perform initial technical problem analysis, root cause diagnosis, and solution direction
