We are looking for a **Quality Assistant** to work in our **civil construction industry**, contributing to the **guarantee of product and process quality**. This professional will support quality control in production, inspect materials, and record data, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. If you are **attentive, organized, and results-oriented**, this could be your chance to grow with us! **Main Responsibilities** * Support the **inspection of raw materials, products, and production processes**; * Assist in **sample collection and execution of simple quality tests**; * **Complete inspection reports and records**, ensuring traceability of information; * **Monitor and report non-conformities**, contributing to corrective and preventive actions; * Assist in **organizing and updating documentation for the Quality Management System**; * Support internal and external audits; * Collaborate with production teams to ensure **quality and safety standards**. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical course in Quality, Production, Engineering, or related fields is desirable); * Knowledge in the field of Quality; * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings and inspection procedures; * Organizational skills and attention to detail for completing records and controls. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or internship in an industrial environment; * Familiarity with quality tools (5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Chart, etc.); * Basic knowledge of internal audit processes; * Familiarity with laboratory testing or material-related tests. **Hard Skills** * Basic understanding of interpreting standards and technical specifications; * Support in completing test reports, inspection reports, and checklists; * Knowledge of measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.); * Support in identifying and recording non-conformities; * Document organization and control within the quality system. **Soft Skills** * Attention to detail and focus on quality; * Organization and accountability; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Why Join Our Team?** Here, you’ll have the opportunity to **work in a solid and growing industrial environment**, focused on **innovation and quality**.
