Monitor work execution and verify technical specifications Responsibilities: * Lead a work team – UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE FOREMAN OR SUPERVISOR – in performing specific activities within the company's Production Area, monitoring and controlling the execution of work stages in accordance with the production schedule of the respective department; * Train and technically guide the team on the most appropriate methods and procedures for performing tasks, aiming to achieve optimal quality and productivity levels; * Monitor the execution of each work stage, verifying technical and operational specifications to ensure the quality of manufactured products; and * Perform other related or ancillary tasks.
